Key West Road Trip

After finishing a great wedding in Key West, Florida. Mike Allen (the videographer) and I got an unexpected guest on our way back to Miami. We flew in to Miami and then drove to Key West for the wedding. We planned to go back and spend some time in South Beach. Well the afternoon after the wedding when I thought everyone had made it to the airport and left, one of the bride’s best friends, Amanda,  called and said her flight (which was out of Key West) had been cancelled and would not have another flight out until 2 days …

A Day Trip around The Big Island of Hawaii

While photographing a wedding on the Big Island of Hawaii, I was told that you could drive around the entire island in a day, which included making stops to eat, shop and just hang out. So naturally as a photographer I said, ROAD TRIP!!!  We made stops at The Royal Kona Coffee Company (coffee heaven!!!), in Historic Downtown Hilo, where we ate lunch at Cafe’ Pesto (best local beer on the island!!!) , Hawaii Volcanoes National Park,  Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens and my favorite stop – Punalu’u Black Sand Beach.  Here is a photo journal of the trip. Wedding Salon Bridal Show

I wanted to take a moment and thank Tatiana and the staff at the Wedding Salon for putting together a great bridal show. The show took place at Capitale, one of New York City’s most unique buildings. And I have to give a special thanks to Christine at Ovando for the beautiful floral arrangement for my booth.

Golfing in Hawaii

While I was photographing his wedding on the Big Island of Hawaii, Josh and his groomsmen took some time to get in 18 holes at one of Hawaii’s most beautiful golf courses and beach resorts – Waikoloa Beach Resort.  “The course was challenging, but a lot of fun, he said.
